Don't forget to drink oil
Drink some good quality oil daily, if you don't want to flush liver.
How do you know oil is good?
Shouild be cold pressed, should taste good, and is usually expensive.
Extra Virgine Olive-Oil
works for some people.
Other prefer walnut oil. Or other oils.
Mix several tablespoons of good quality oil with grapefruit juice, or lime juice or orange juice, add it to a salad and eat it or just drink it. It will help with bile flow.
Bile helps keep microbiota healthy and in balance.
Try to make your own yoghurt.
Mix fresh yoghurt with cold pressed, refrigereated flaxseed oil, and eat it / drink it.
Once you open a bottle of flaxseed oil, keep it frozen, to prevent it going bad. Glass bottle will not brake in the freezer.
