Bacillus subtilis is good for you, but it could be that the probiotic you took became negative or bad after you took them. Depending on which bacteria dominate your digestive system (good or bad) the can convert other normally good bacteria into behaving like bad, that is these bacteria will now putrify foods and create toxins, rather than eliminate toxins and create antioxidants. Taking effective microrganisms can change this balance as they have powerful PNSB bacteria and LAB bacteria that all live in a harmonious consortium, and these microbes will overcome the bad bacteria.
