Looks like you have either candida, SIBO, H. pylori or/and parasites.

A high fat diet either feels good or makes you fat all over the body.

Me and my family have had the same.problem as you and always there was a bactery overgrowth behind of it.

Some.of the test are quite simple like the one for H. Pylori.

When you toke that anti parasite your body did react well and you did get a healthy weight so that points in which direction you should work.

Killing bacteries and stuff is not easy at all when there are biofilms, yeasts and others involved.

Read those forums that talks about this.

For me a mix of anti- parasites herbs with lemongrass essential oil (H. pylori) works wonders and makes my tummy flatter.
