Re: Extreme bloating/abdomimal distension....Please Help!!!

That is very interesting. Especially because one of, if not my main symptoms is a constant lower abdominal burning sensation, especially after eating. So much so that I often have to put ice packs below my belly button to feel relief. Also, I think the cold spot draws more blood to the stomach area and improves digestion.

It seems that burning pain is common in gastritis which is usually caused by bacterial infection h pylori. However I don't have any other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, black stools, bleeding, etc.

I feel nauseous and itchy skin after taking Wormwood tinctures. This leads me to believe a parasite could be the culprit. Also, I often pass white rice/seeds which to my understanding are canine tapeworms, and I happen to live with two dogs.

It certainly could be bacterial but I suppose I don't know much about that as most people on these forums seem to be focused on either parasites or candida. I'm also not saying it's only one and not a combination, because having candida increases your chance of having a parasite etc.

I also should note that often this 'burning pain' in my lower abdomen/upper pubic area increases during a cleanse and is often associated with strong Sugar cravings. Almost as if it is trying to get me to believe if I eat a piece of cake or a sugary drink that the pain will go away. Maybe this is just the parasite getting agitated and causing these symptoms? Because I know the foods I'm eating agree with me (meats, fish, avocados, olive oil, etc.) and the foods I crave generally don't (bread, sugar, ice cream, cake, chocolate, etc.)

The longer I go without them the easier the cravings get. But it's difficult when something as benign as a piece of fruit or a small potato will start them up again.
