Can you not tolerate ANY carbs? Or is it just a few? For instance, I don't tolerate any grains whatsoever, but potatoes, sweet potatoes, lentils, and fruits I can.
Leaky gut also comes to mind. Kombucha can be helpful; as well as removing any food intolerances like casein, which is in all dairy. It causes gut inflammation. I assume you are already gluten free since you are intolerant to carbs. Maybe drop the dairy too and see how you do.
