Re: Extreme bloating/abdomimal distension....Please Help!!!

I usually don't do any dairy. Recently I will eat some cottage cheese though (3g carbs per serving) which I consider a '"cheat" food but it doesn't aggravate me as much as other foods/grains. When my carb cravings go through the roof I'll eat some cottage cheese and/or natural peanut butter w/ strawberries or blueberries. I'm fully aware Sugar feeds candida though, so for the most part I avoid it like the plague. And I have gone weeks without any Sugar at all but to no avail to cure my bloating.

I have taken probiotics previously, but I am considering upping the dose to twice//day instead of once/day if I re-buy them.

I often have burning in my stomach/lower abdomen (right below my belly button) and feel like I need to put a ice pack on it to get relief.

Also it's worth noting when I had blood work done last year my iron levels were very low, nearly anemic. This despite eating ~10g/spirulina a day which is very high in iron. My hormone/testosterone levels were also very low but I think this might be better, at least slightly, since I have gained weight and healed my adrenals. But I'm sure it's still low by average comparison.

Also I have experienced neuropathy symptoms from b12 deficiency, despite eating plenty of b12 rich meats. A fat soluble vitamin b complex has helped lessen and resolve these symptoms.

All of this started around the same time I began losing weight (in a matter of a few months). Not sure if any of this helps you make an educated guess on the culprit of my problem.

I am curious, what mix of herbs have you found to help make your tummy flatter? The only herbs I have used are a Black-Walnut Wormwood complex, milk thistle seed, and oregano oil diluted in water. I have found benefits in all of them, but not enough to be considered cured.
