VICIOUS CYCLE we are all in?SPURT RECOVERY
Don't know what age groups of people have gathered in the forum, but I am only 21 and am experiencing similar hardship as you all do or did in the past.
Early after birth, I developed pneumonia = antibiotic injection = Bronchial asthma and allergies to basically all foods.
Was kept on water+barley grits for about 5+ years until i reintroduced foods at age 7 and was becoming better. (to many people surprise, after not having milk in early childhood, I was pumping 1-2 liters of milk every day after, not including butter/sour cream products).
I was completely healthy at ages 13-16 being to able to tolerate all foods, even the most severely allergysing - eggs(up to 10+ a day).
But then began the teenage years, when you go off you mom cooked diet and eat what you want, in my case it was (pasta/white rice, chocolate, cakes, bread sandwiches, sugars, lots of sweets). Alongside I began intense exercise (known to cause endotoxemia - possibly through death of organisms in the gut) and of course - alcohol consumption.
So, even though I'm 21, I'm the same height when I was 17, as it was the age my first symptoms appeared and I stopped growing.
Began from pimples (acne on the face) and rash on 1 finger.
Changing the diet to a healthier one, I made a mistake, by ingesting large amounts of lemon concentrate juice (not with water) (know it was stupid, but my knowledge in health was what I saw in the first article online). Very quickly, rashes went on to my legs, chest and arms cuz of this.
I was struggling with many ups and downs throughout the years in regards to many different supplements I tried and diet changes.
I reached points at which I was not able to tolerate few bites of organic broccoli. Several days of insomnia, - waking up with both eyes filled with bloody vessels.
At the time I stumbled upon Candida protocol in thecandidadiet forum, I noticed that the beginning of the diet (strictest part), when the aim was to starve candida, I was feeling as my brain could not operate, extreme fatigue
etc. Then I began drinking commercial kefir (I took really large amounts, which always gave me both a strong die off and got me drunk) and probiotics. I noticed that I was continually healing slower and slower, however the amount of die of I received and the widespread of my symptoms decreased - giving me hope to finally acknowledge the problem.
I was very strict with that protocol, and even before undertaking it, I already had not ingested any alcohol or sugar for over half a year.
After about a year on the diet, the improvements slowed (became merely noticeable)down, so did the healing of symptoms (constant rashes on the hands).
It was until I saw videos of Andreas Moritz talking about liver flushes and lymphatic system and its congestion.
Oh, before doing my first liver flush, I also thought that it would be a good idea to start using spices (as I read about their potency) for parasites/digestions etc. I began using large amounts of spices such as (Paprika, cayenne, coriander, cloves, parsley, dill, turmeric, mixed peppercorns) which caused me to become more sensitive to everything, symptoms became stronger and generally felt worse. Body was unable to handle nether the killing nor the cleaning of the body.
Thereafter, the first flush - 50 small green stones. Felt better, brighter afterwards with no change in healing/symptoms.
After 2 weeks, another liver flush. 400 stones, with several 1 inch sized stones, covered in white patches like candida colonies, and some white strains as if small white worm like creatures would be living in. Felt way better and brighter than ever as if my breathing became easier, all left over brain fog was lifted and gone and healing of wound increased.
After 2 more weeks (eating more anti parasite/candida spices with foods). Used a lot of clarkia on the flush day as well. Got few small green stones and felt pretty bad with severe symptoms and worsen healing of wounds.
The last flush was not long ago, I did not manage to recover from previous flush within two weeks, even with decreasing spices and increased organic greens consumption (drinking beetroot juice and lots of dandelion root tea)I only passed few small green stones. Furthermore I felt so bad, as if my liver was not able to handle that flush.
I also experience a lot of stress at work. I feel that my body overreacts to stressful situations and is not controlled by the body.
Whilst im at this low stage of health, I can not consume foods during day deep sleep hours and anything after 9pm. If I do, I get a reaction - rash swelling, itchiness, toxic shock syndrome feeling.
Through much reading, I begin to believe that its all just a vicious cycle. Coming from:
1) not having enough good bacteria (which are needed to create balance and health in the gut),
2) leading to reactions from candida killing foods,
3) leading to continuous organ clogging(both digestion, elimination organs).
BY OUR PHYSIOLOGY - we store toxins in fat cells. When unable to simply excrete them through elimination organs(liver, kidneys), we get intrahepatic/gall stones filled with candida, parasites and their favored heavy metals. Then bile release to the gut is decreased/obstructed. Surprisingly, Bile is the natural balancer of the bacteria in the gut(see pubmed research for that). Alongside, impaired production of digestive products(enzymes, acids), further decreases recovery.
Therefore, it would be logical to say that if we do liver flushes, we get some bile flow and slowly begin to balance the gut. However bile, dealing with pathogens, can cause the vicious circle to reappear, by killing them and putting a load on the organs again.(vicious cycle) The recovery of people doing flushes might then determined on the efficiency of each flush.
And whenever the toxic load is increased, pathogens regrow and you might start from the bottom if not further bottom. (most people in the forum are able start from higher level than the bottom, move slowly through this by controlling the outcomes, thus saying - they heal or their methods work)
How people get worse? Imagine: You kill pathogens in the gut while your elimination organs are already clogged. You end up storing the toxins in the fatty stones of the liver/kidneys or other fatty tissue. That leads to decreased immune system and digestion - both leading to pathogen regrowth in the gut. And if the pathogens are able to spread and grow in the porous tissue within the organs where their toxins reside, next time, we end up killing what regrew in the gut and moved on to lets say intrahepatic stones. Leading to further decrease in health and increase in symptoms.
Also in my experience, the state of health one flushes in, determines the efficiency of the flush. For me, die-off weakened organs led to failure in flushing (impaired bile production, increased toxic storage). And caused burden on the body.
My change in goals, that I would suggest for many:
I will only flush, when I will feel that my body can handle the flush(Good general feeling, no symptoms from pathogens). I will do so with ACV (found effecting in dissolving stones few days before flush with no die off caused). I will focus on restoring balance in the gut first(kefir grains, combucha), so the regrowth of the parasites would become minimal(due to change in balance/control) and the improvement would spike(only at the rate that my organs can handle die off caused by good bacteria, otherwise -> vicious circle). I will focus on restoring organ health, by improving digestion(easy foods(vegetables), digestive enzymes, hcl) and nutrient supplementation(green superfoods, superfood juices - the most regenerative/effective foods), that will help recover organ health(to handle flushes)alongside improving immune system (and further decrease the chance of pathogen regrowth - vicious cycle).
I am happy to have rashes(eczema or whichever name you like) as my main symptom, even though it torn me off my most youthful years of my life, is because I was able to develop an important skill throughout my journey. I am able to notice the slightest changes to my health, as I always have slow healing rashes on my hands(often developing cuts) and good eye at looking at my own state of feeling.
Would like to note that what I say I can not prove that is 100% accurate. But I know what happened with my gut when I was 3 months old (as my mom told me all about her struggles with me, going through all doctors etc.) and that I was even worse back then, than I am now. Commercial probiotics helped me in general(imagine how much more effective that would be with natural kefir grains that contain a lot more good bacteria). I am sure It all starts with gut and the immune health maintained by your body organs. After all, modern life is not only antibiotic fed diet, but also disinfectant containing environment. (its simple - you wash your hands with water (filled with disinfectants to make it drinkable) + soap (highly disinfectant) and wash under hot water (which opens up skin pores and allows perfusion (in this case of disinfectants)). And not enough that, you then go and open up you skin pores under a hot hand dryer to absorb leftover residues). People do that every day...
Appreciate you for reading and would like to wish good luck for everyone stuck on this vicious cycle for too long.
Wherever I use a word bacteria or parasites (I know many people tend to believe in only one of them, some in both) I refer to both(pathogens). As I believe, that they both exist, but for how long they will continue the cycle within you, its up to you.
I am here not to criticize nor rise doubts for you, just wanted to share logical implementation of my readings(university, personal, different forums of curezone etc.) to the issue I and possibly many more are having.
Forums are different, but all the problems are related. It is just some people who choose different stops or information to put their faith in.
I Don't respond to emails/messages as I am a busy working student with a focus of improving my health and that uses up all my time. I might stumble back on this thread to see if anyone felt similar through their healing stumbles.
