If it was a parasite or larvae of some kind then you should switch strategies and do parasites cleansing before the next flushes.

Sometimes people report passing parasites after coffee enemas. It might be the coffee directly killing them from contact with the rectal mucosa or they could be expelled from the liver or gallbladder.
