Oh goody...let me cancel my order from amazon then! I can save that money towards 50 mg Iodoral tablets. I'm thinking of going supersonic speed through my detox by doing 100 mg a day.

Will oil pulling cause problems with H2O2. I oil pull first thing in the morning, and then jump in the shower while I'm doing it. I was thinking of doing the H2O2 drops right after.

Or can I flip them and do H2O2 first and then oil pull? If I do that I can naturally give myself about 30 minutes time. Once out of the shower, I can take lugol's in ACV and then eat something. Take a B-complex with vitamin C after eating?

Another question: I'm liking lugol's for topical application a lot. If I was to get iodoral tabs, will it be just as effective as topical lugol's for acne/pimples/zits?
