the answer to that may vary from person to person
trapper throws up at 11 drops of H202 in water
i have taken 16 drops, 3x daily, on many occasions
or maybe mine was not as strong as his

some people get sick on a drop of iodine
some people can take 16 drops easily
i get headaches when i take too much iodoral

if you have a bad effect, who is to say it is the oil pulling or the h202 or wtf

most times if have doubts, I try it in really small doses and see how I feel

if I am expecting to herX and I do, great it's working
if I can take the herXing i may increase the dose anyways

if you know something that makes you ask the question, don't

if you are risk averse, when in doubt, don't
if you are fighting for your life and you might die anyways, and you have a warrior mentality, and you think something might help, try cautiously

listen to your body
if your body says to go for it
go for it

trapper told me not to mix CS and Iodine
well I had already been doing it for a while…oooops
so now I do it anyway because it didn't seem to hurt anything

hopefully I won't turn blue before I am ready to die

too many question for which there are no answers

we are experimental personality types, not a scientific laboratory that can regurgitate scientific data that nobody has paid us ten million dollars to conduct
