How interesting. In the summer my mum and sister always get red small spots and sometimes their skin.itch. This happens when is hot and we start going to the beach. They get bad digestions too those days. I have had this too but in a less degree.

My mum always thought the problem.was the water. Like the heat and the water caused that. She would explain.this to.doctors and they would look at her as if she was a mad lady. Are you water sensitive? Temperature sensitive?
