Re: Fruit, does it need stomach acid?

Hey. Well, here is the thing... I only sometimes see undigested fruit in stools, however two years ago I had colonic done and to my astonishment big chunks of: apples, plantain and other "starchy" fruits showed up.

I think I digest bananas fine, and apples maybe if taken in very small amounts. All fruits tend to give me looser stools though, and things like tangerines or dried figs directly mean diarreah...

I am more concerned with the fact that I do not seem to digest at all nuts, and only slightly whole grains like brown rice.

My digestive system is not that bad, for example I hardly get pains or discomfort anymore, it seems very resistant in that regard (I am taking propolis and seacure and since then even my morning "leaky gut/IBS" discomfort is gone - hurray!) It just doesnt seem to digest or absorb well since the onsent of my disease. A silent but mildly dysfunctional and inflammed system...
