Re: Fruit, does it need stomach acid?

Tena Cious,

Lately I have been trying to ascertain the connection between leaky gut and celiac and how to repair the intestinal villi. Most of the common answers on the web recommend glutamine, but I've had 0 benefit from it. While searching old CZ posts I found one that recommended unsulphored blackstrap molasses. I figure since I've tried everything else besides drinking my piss, I might as well try that too. So far it seems promising and I decided to add some apple cider vinegar to it as well. At the least, its full of calcium, iron, and potassium and with leaky gut, I am low on minerals anyway. I haven't had trouble with fruit, however anytime I eat raw greens they usually make a second appearance. I wonder if our overly acidic bodies are preventing the villi from healing and regrowing.

I'll keep you updated on how it goes.
