That large bump in the middle of your back, I have something similar to that as well. When I was in the military they just wanted to lance it off, but I never got it done. But now my girlfriend just squeezes it and squeezes some gunk out of it until it is almost gone. Probably not the best thing to do, but it really doesn't give me any problems, so I deal with it.
