Im desperate for help

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with this frustrating problem that has affected my life for too long. I got acne when i was 13, and on holiday at the age of 16 I went for a sea in the harbor and the following day I got cystic acne all over my back. I thought maybe some toxin in the water was absorbed and my liver couldn't process it.

Since then I've got rid of my spots, however I have a ugly appearance lingering for the past 3 years. I've been trying everything, I'm currently trying gluten free to see If it helps.

Does any body have any knowledge about what my skin looks like? I went to dermatologists(:@) and they wanted to put me on accutane even though I don't have spots...(and that's 3 different dermatologists) just red blotchy skin.

I've done 2 liver flushes but I haven't done one for 2 months because I felt as though I didn't feel much different, only more problems. for example ever since I did liver flushes my eyes are always bloodshot, I then got scared reading about the risks of getting a stone stuck. I didn't do colonic, but I did do home enemas until I passed no stones. The other reason I stopped was because I'm 23, had a very healthy diet for the past 5 years, and before then It wasn't bad either.

Not sure what else to say, I'm just desperate and want to move on with my life :(
