I appreciate the help. I would like to just say that I've been working on my diet for the past 3 years and I've improved it a lot. I defiantly agree with you on milk, when I switched to raw milk I just had this feeling 'This is meant for cows, really'.
I'm already a vegetarian so I didn't want to restrict myself so much, but I will try get rid of most of it. I already did dairy free for one month and It did clear my nasals, however it didn't change my skin.
I'm just shy of 6ft, 183lbs if that helps at all. I drink almost the same water wise. I know what tests you are on about because I ordered one, but requested a refund upon hearing there was no scientific research to show they were legit.
I've been struggling with fatigue for a long time, however it has improved a lot since I was 18-20. I believed it was CFS/fibro.
