Re: Im desperate for help

Hello,
Before you get in to all the cleanses and holistic treatments, maybe try eating a healthier diet to start. Some people do fine with dairy, gluten, grains and so fourth, hell, I use to eat all that stuff and do fine. My 53 year old father still eats that way and drinks a ton of beer daily, but he is fine, for now. Maybe one day he might develop cancer, but until then, you can't change his mind. In my opinion, dairy isn't good. Milk is intended to feed young calves, not people. It seems to be quite common that nasal stuffiness tends to be a symptom of dairy consumption. Try avoiding it for awhile and see what happens. Gluten is another common offender, but it sounds like you are trying to cut it out, just be aware of eating anything in a package because it may contain one or more of these items that may be offending you. There is probably an easier way to determine if you have any intolerances, such as a food allergy , but I have been told by a gastroenterologist that those tests are innaccurate. I had to learn the hard myself and eliminate foods that made me foggy. Meat is fine, but I would limit the amount if you are consuming large quantities. I weigh about 185lbs and consume about 4-8oz of meat per day.

Anyway, long story short, clean up your diet and see how that goes. Exercise. Sleep regularly. Get sunshine. Relax. Drink plenty of water. I sometimes consume about 3/4 gallon of water daily. Try yoga.

Hope this helps.
