Yeah I drink a lot of spring water. I do get sinus problems, a lot of the time I wake up and have 1 side of my nose completely shut off. I enjoy extremely hot baths each week.

I've cut out a lot of dairy, for example I have rice milk with cereal. I only recently tried raw milk but I am still unsure if I even want to have milk. The main dairy I consume is cheese.

I ordered Planetary Herbals Bupleurum Liver Cleanse, 72 Tabs to try out, see what happens. I also bought a rebounder for my lymphatic system. Should I get a zinc supplement?
