Thank you Schonreid and Jahidas! I have now been on a strict candida diet for about three weeks. I've been eating mostly avacaco, salad, celery, almonds, green beans, some tomato. On this diet I was beginning to feel too weak to work but I know it wasn't die off because I had that the first week and a half and then did lots of enemas and flushes to help it calm down. I've added egg whites into my diet which seem to be ok for my digestion but I think they do contriubute to odor. I tried to re-add yogurt back in due to its probiotics and yummyness but both cow and goat milk yogurt give me an ear-ache. It's very bizarre. I never had that before starting this diet. Luckily, I found out there is a naturopath near me and am going to book an appointment. I just don't know what my issue is! I have found evidence of some parasites but I don't think I have a lot. My digestion has improved very much with this candida diet though, so I plan on staying on it for a bit. My gut worked much better as soon as I gave up processed food and sugar.
Jahidas, did you find out what your problem was specifically? Does your odor get worse with cabbage/fish? Do you sweat more when you drink coffee/tea?
