Thank you Propaul!!! I have never tried a coffee enema! I am going to the health food store today so I will look for a enema bag and give this a try this evening! Unfortunately, I will have to mine at night because I already wake up at 5 am to teach and sometimes work until 10 pm at night. Liver Cleanses will be difficult for me for the same reason but this is fantastic advice and I will try to find a way! Today a random student said I smelled like a trash can and the remark cut me deeply as I want so much to become close to people again. Thank you! I have bookmarked your blog.
