Just an update. Eventually after eating broccoli everyday, it start to build up in my system and I started to have an odor again. It wasn't as bad as before, but I decided to switch things up again. I went on a raw vegetable diet and it took about 3 days for the odor to minimize. It has been a week and my armpit odor is gone. I am still struggling with the fecal odor that follows a bowel movement and last for 2 days. I think it will go away if I continue a raw diet. My digestion is much better and the gas has gone away. Next week, I plan to incorporate more colorful vegetables since being raw allows me to eat more of a variety. I will eventually add fruits since a book I am reading says it will get rid of candida,
Body Odor , etc. On this forum, I have heard that raw fruits and vegetables was a possible cure but have been too afraid in the past because I am afraid of sugar. However, if you only eat fruits and vegetables without letting all the other stuff build up in your system (carbs, meat, dairy, etc.) your health should improve. I had marinated ginger (comes with sushi) the other day with very minimal reaction. In the past, I would have started sweating, get bloated, itching, diarrhea, etc.
