I actually dont believe that meat offers us anything that u couldnt get from a plant source or well..with supplements (such as vitamin b12). But i ve also believed that Iodine is the number ONE thing that was missing in my diet. I still kinda believe... well.... and not anymore. Thats obviously why i m here now. Research goes on.
I didnt feel great on iodoral yet. The only WOW thing i ve had was that my PMS was gone for one cycle after taking it for 1 1/2 month (low dosage even). But then it got back even worse the following cycle.
