a lot of you will probably tell me that its due to my vegan lifestyle.
I ll just write you what they told me on the vegan forum :
they told me that the issues i m having right now are due to the lifestyle i had before. Some said it might be that i got a lot of hormones from milk and meat and that this is missing now so my body is confused and hormons out of balance.
Thats all that i got as answer. Not really satisfying.
I know a lot of ppl healing their thyroid issues on a vegan diet and also many healing their pms symptomes. So it really makes no sense to me that i am developing all those issues on a vegan lifestyle :(
