i didnt come that far yet to read what others say. But i already expected some ppl blaming the vegan diet.
The running was only extreme in December (in case it looked as if i m doing a lot of sports). That is not the case. I ve actually been pretty lazy the whole last year. Doing sports all 4 days was maximum. Last half year it was even way less.
The year before though 2012 as i still ate meat and dairy (was actually kinda low carb..with all that low carb bread made of flax meal and almond flour etc) i ve been running 11 km daily. But still had no PMS problems neither high TSH levels.
