Stephy, as you can see from the posts below, there are a lot of ideas on what you need to do to treat adrenal fatigue. Some people say being a vegan leads to adrenal fatigue, I think actually the opposite, although I do think that grass-fed raw milk can have healing properties for some people and I think butter is also very good for health, especially if you are not eating meat. Anyway, I would stick with what you are doing diet-wise but I would certainly ease up on the running and any other vigorous physical activity, do more relaxing yoga and walking instead. Also try to remove stress from your life as much as possible.
