Re: Exhausted after exercising

Thanks Ferverter. I haven't tried adding fruits back since starting on Iodine, so I'll try that and see if I still get the blood Sugar spikes now that my thyroid is hopefully working better. I'll try popping a few more potassium during the day at work to get the numbers up as well.

I'll try starting the D3 up again, especially once I have that ionic Magnesium and can try getting that into me on a more regular basis. I did heavy transdermal (almost daily) for over a year and then cut back to what I do now. But even with that long of heavy doses, my numbers aren't super great. I think something else is going on to keep it low (or to need more than normal), but I haven't yet tracked that down.

It sounds like A is something I should look at closer. This morning I did juice spinach and carrots, but i'm not sure how much A is in that. is that something that's better to get from whole foods or what's the best form of it as a supplement?

I think the K2-4 I just ordered is 1,000mg per drop, but I hadn't figured out yet how much to supplement that with either.

Thanks for all your thoughts!
Amy
