Re: Exhausted after exercising

I was tested for Celiac and was negative. However, I was already off wheat at that point, so I'm not sure if that would affect the test? I would think the doctor would have mentioned that if so.

But yea, my biggest food sensitivities are wheat, dairy and eggs.

I think my D3s are gels with olive oil and the naturopath gave me emulsified drops as well to try. Both give me headaches. I used to be able to take 5,000IU a day before the stomach flu and didn't have as many issues. I did go up to 10,000IU and got headaches (that's when I learned the whole Magnesium/Calcium connection), but at the 5,000IU mark I was able to do it daily and did feel a lot better. But then I got sick and everything went down the drain after that.

Maybe the thing to do is to make another appointment with the GI doctor instead of giving Iodine a few months to see where it gets me. I hate to do so many things in parallel as it makes it difficult to figure out what is affecting what. High doses of Iodine aren't going to throw off any tests for probiotic levels/stomach acids or anything like that will it? Maybe I should go off the Iodine for 2-3 days before testing?
