Re: Iodine forum is keeping people sick as usual
I agree that we shouldn't discuss this here, but some of the
Iodine people have done flushes and I think they would tolerate just a little bit more discussion.

Epsom Salts are a naturally occurring form of magnesium sulfate in case you weren't aware. It is not made in a lab. If you can get your magnesium from foods, then all the better.
Obviously if you have very severe electrolye imbalances and then induce diarrhea then this is not a good idea. Dangerous? Well that depends on the person. It sounds like you were almost in an addison's disease type of situation if you landed in the hospital from some diarrhea. You probably were not taking in proper amounts/forms of electrolytes prior to the flush.
That said, like the Earl of greystoke mentioned, not everyone needs the
Epsom Salts .
For some people though, it is more dangerous to not take some form of magnesium before the flush, because their bile ducts will not be sufficiently dilated to pass stones.
Detox however you like, I don't care, just be accurate in what you are saying.
You could just as well have wound up in the hospital from catching a stomach bug.
