Yes, I agree with you, I'm sure my electrolytes were already in a very bad state before the liver flush, but at the time no one was really even aware of this issue. I wouldn't say I was as bad as being in an addison's state, at the time I had pretty good energy, did have some health problems (hence why I was doing the Liver Flush in the first place), but had no idea that there could be such severe problems from using Epsom Salts . Yes, I'm sure I didn't get proper amounts of electrolytes before or after the flush (again this was an unknown issue to myself and most others at the time) and by the way I had done a few successful Liver Flushes previously.

That is exactly my point, that it depends on the person. Probably for many people it is at least somewhat safe (although how many become chronically dehydrated over time we don't know), but you also have to think about the fact that many people coming onto curezone are not healthy, so certainly there will be a certain amount of people that will have problems taking these large doses of Epsom Salts . Especially doing multiple flushes even if they are spaced out by a couple weeks if you are not re-hydrating your body on a cellular level, eventually you are asking for problems. Tweet
