Carbs are essential to life, I dont think anyone can argue that, I guess thats why the Schawrbien Principle diet is successful...but like anything, its not an overnight cure, itll take time for the system to heal itself.

Sugar explosion! I fall asleep in a horrible nightmare for two hours after eating fruit then wake up with my heart pounding and heavy shaking. Thats reactive hypoglycemia for ya.
As for the melatonin, yeah trial and error, try to stay as low as you need, its a great antioxidant too, but it makes me pee big time!
