I giggled with the banana nuts and paleo nazis :D I remember when the last year there was some drone ridiculously claiming that DAIRY FREE and GLUTEN FREE diet cures MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and how not, he/she got RRRRRecommended. What a joke. It actually makes me angry all that f***ing hype about the dreadful grains loaded with antinutrients ohmygod, gluten, casein and shit that make the scared newbies lose pound after pound. All these healthy people in tribes and what not thrive on grains and dairy.

Raw milk is super yeah. I am becoming lacto-thirsty right now as a matter of fact... I am a milk person, have been all my life. I will probably get back to it when the time comes and this long dietary nightmare finsihes to fade. With some whole cereal cookies hmmm
