Re: Digestion extremely screwed up from antibiotics please help?
Hahaha I had to do it! Yes, they are potato chips. I got a giant box of them for my birthday and decided to pose with them. As a bonus, its also managed to ruffle the feathers of a few known banana nuts, paleo nazis, and other trolls on this forum :)
Raw milk is rockstar. For the longest time I didn't do dairy because I was afraid of the inflammation but I've always been a cheese and ice cream lover. A giant glass of milk with some cookies always makes everything better. As time went on and I started just listening to my body, giving it what it was asking for, dairy became a big part of my diet again. Surprise surprise, no added discomfort- actually I started feeling much better!
I was doing lightly pastuerized, unhomogenized organic milk for awhile but then made the switch to raw. The first few days was a bit of an adjustment..I had to start slow but now I can drink as much as I want with no problems.
The colostrum has been so good! I use the immune tree brand because its as close to raw as possible and guaranteed from the first milking of grass fed cows. It's a little more pricey but to me its totally worth it.
It does feel like a miracle when something FINALLY works! Lordy to think of all the money I've thrown away on useless supplements....brings a tear to my eye LOL
