I agree with Twinkl. Colostrum has been incredibly beneficial to my gut health as well as raw whole milk. For the first time in 10 years, I am having daily movements (without caffeine stimulation) and I don't feel like I am carrying a rock in my gut after meals.. I am SUPER sensitive to supplements and I get no reaction to this one (other than improvements in my digestion). I don't take digestive enzymes..I find them sketchy. A glass of raw milk coupled with the colostrum daily has worked wonders for me. You really should try it tenacious!
