Yes, colostrum helped my gut. My stools were better than EVER once I started it. I took symbiotics then IGG 200 by xmogen (something like that). I took 2 tbsp per day.
I started seeing improvements in stools very soon after dig enz as well, and my GI test showed poor absorption of fats/nutrients. I believe that these 2 were key for me in healing my gut.
Of course, we are all different and we have to find what works for each of us.
