If you can afford it, I would recommend getting checked out by an alternative doctor (naturopath, homeopath, whatever.) Western-trained doctors do not know how to treat body system issues very well. And it sounds like you have a lot of them.
If you can't do that, get yourself a blender and start making yourself smoothies. Stop drinking soda, stay away from sugar, eat more salads, and try not to eat too may carbs. Get some exercise, doesn't have to be anything fancy. Walking 30 minutes a day will do.
