I had severe constipation for a good two-three years with slight constipation for about 5 years before that; without an enema I would have maybe two bowel movements worth per month. My bowel movements all came out undigested and covered in mucous.

There were many doctors I tried, none of them did anything beyond suggesting over the counter laxatives. I tired a few dozen different treatments before a homeopathic doctor gave me a bottle of Digestive Enzymes and Betain HCL(Hydro-chloride)

The recommendation was that the enzymes/betain be taken with every meal to which I complied, skip ahead something like one-three weeks and behold my bowels started showing improvements like no other treatment had shown

Over the next few months my bowels started functioning better and better, with them my overall health improved incredibly. After a few months of taking these pills as recommended the bowel movements came every day-every other day with each movement being gigantic

My anxiety and psychotic paranoia went away over the course of a year, chronic fatigue and brain fog significantly reduced until I became able to work a job again.

I still am ill but nothing compared to how sick I was two years ago; these two pills with food brought me back from a nightmare.

I have tried many different kinds of Betain HCL/Digestive Enzymes and have never run across a kind that didn't work. As such I look to buy the greatest amount of pills for the lowest cost which currently are:

As I mentioned earlier enemas can be a lifesaver if your desperate for a bowel movement and might be able to give you results faster

I never tried another enema model so I can't tell you if the others would be better or worse.


Like you I had severe trouble sleeping, I might be the only one who would advise this on curezone but I went to a psychiatrist to get sleeping medications. I ended up on trazodone, gets me to sleep every night

I have been incredibly exhausted from a long few weeks of work so these past two days I took a good 200 miligrams of trazodone to get to sleep then, upon waking up 10 hours later, I took another 200 miligrams. I feel great whenever I get a good 13-14 hours worth of sleep
