Do not eat raw veggies, instead juice them (lots of them!) and if you want to eat them cooked, as the other poster commented even the usual juicer its better than nothing. Raw veggies are hard to digest, you will realise when it comes out the other end (thats how I did... uhh.

Do NOT follow the anticandida diet or your underweight issues will either worse or stay the same. Eat whole grains, organic grass feed meat from time to time, organic chicken, turkey, eggs, soft nuts such as walnuts, fruits like starwberries are packed with antioxidants and antinflammatory compounds for a little treat, AVOID milk and gluten. I mean foods like traditional spanish dishes:

Aim for a HIGH CALORIE diet, believe me. I sticked to an anticandida diet and went to hysterical and frightened days of weighting 123 lbs, or 56 kgs with 5,9 feet tall. Look for my posts in curezone and you will see it. One day I couldnt walk more than 20 minutes and had to sit down as my parents much older than me continued. Today, thanks to a balanced, high calorie, super healthy diet, I weight 154 lbs and I have energy to workout a little, im getting muscular and swollen (what society brainwashed me to want lol). I still have eczema, smelly feet, lots of itchy dandruff,insomnia, unrefreshing sleep, and a white coated tongue (and twenty symptoms more) but the anticandida diet its a dangerous scam, especially if you are only doing the diet without a real agressive approach better directed by a professional.
