I know how you feel. I have had a lot of those problems CFS, candida, and I have a bunch of food allergies . I think there is a couple things I have found that would help you. I found that I have Adrenal Fatigue try using Eleuthrococcus Senticosus Siberian Ginseng, I believe Adrenal Fatigue is the major problem with CFS, and getting plenty of sleep and de-stressing. Use Rosemary capsules for the Candida along with probiotics combined with Psyllium fiber(food for bacteria). Also avoiding any food allergies you might have and taking Quercitin, Bromelain, and Vitamin C. Tweet
