Consider heavy metals as a possible root cause of your troubles. For example, do you have silver fillings? Mercury from those damn things is probably the biggest cause of heavy metal problems, but not the only one. There are many other metals (lead, for example) and many other sources. Among many other problems, heavy metals can help cause candida overgrowth and teeth problems.

I suggest you find out more information about this issue. You can get a heavy metals test done, but the tests are of questionable reliability. Consider possible exposure you've had and typically described symptoms and see if it makes sense in your case. I think it's a strong possibility based on what you described.
