Re: Question for Faith110 re: food sensitivity

Twinkl,

It really is a true break down and rebuild. I literally started with water and worked my way up. Its been 7 months for me and now I'm able to handle small amounts of foods that were previously on my no-no list. Will I ever go back to no intolerances? That I cannot say. I'm making good progress now so I just keep the faith that I will continue to heal. At this point I'm just happy to be able to eat again. If you can handle full fat dairy and potatoes, those will definitely keep weight on you. I live off my own home made failsafe ice cream (heavy cream, salt, whole milk, maple syrup) and Kettle brand organic plain potato chips. I was down to 130 lbs at my worst point (Im 5'10) and am now back to a healthy 150.
