Re: Question for Faith110 re: food sensitivity

I too react to almost everything.
Consider that you likely are sensitive to Free Glutamate.
Unfortunately most of the growers of our veggies are using a fertilizer that contains 29% free glutamate. It is made from hydrolyzed vegetable protein. It is a neurotoxin. It causes the plant to put out extra effort and usually produces large beautiful fruit which however can be deadly to you and I.
For more information on Glutamate (as in MSG) go to

The only "failsafe" diet is one that is free from the glutamates. For me it is also citric acid , and anything with Chlor, Sulph, or Phos as part of its name.
If you are still having a problem on the lady's "failsafe" diet consider the above and act accordingly.

Meat can be iffy. Much of it comes in packages with citric acid permeated soaker pads. Other times it is just too old.
You have to buy it fresh and from the meat counter if the store has one. Also you must get there right after they get in their fresh supplies for the week. I think they sometimes grind up the old steaks and roasts that did not sell. I got some ground sirloin that had dark spots in it and it sure gave me a 48 hour whammy. I'm still reeling from it.
