I get very tired when i eat bread..like i get knocked out..in 15-30 min im sleeping like a freakin stone..and my stomach seem to get a bit bigger when i eat gluten foods too
if i avoid it, my stomach goes back to it flat self..which to my points towards celiac. I know I have a grass allergy but have never been asked to keep from anything when it comes to diet (which might be my cause actually..as its doing the same damage as celiac kinda..)
just the shape..wider, clearer, the white in the eyes got very white and they looked more wet somehow..whatever is doing that, is what heals the lips. as I at that time was began to see the healing. my body felt ALOT better..and it was like they got what they needed to begin the healing. - that i messed it up and have been eating normally since..is the major reason why im not cured right now..its just been too hard to do that diet again and take it..
so ill go back to the diet and take vitamin A and Zinc. in my head its quite simple
Gluten foods --> chronic low Zinc --> no Vitamin A--> E.C
what do you think? what was that about vitamin b5..whats its role in all of this?
