Re: Vitamin A + Zinc is the key
I just want to say that I have read quite a few books about celiac disease. The chapters on diagnostic tests describe how many times there are false negative test results. You may or may not have celiac disease. I think my EC started when my disease celiac started. Are you going to have a biopsy endoscopy? Next week, I am having a capsule endoscopy. At least it will check my full small intestine.
Your eyes got bigger? What part of your eyes? Yes, Vitamin A deficiency can cause vision problems, especially night vision. It may explain why I got blurred vision from time to time.
Again, some people may need to fix problem with an organ before they are able to absorb Vitamin A. Zinc is easier to absorb since it is water soluble. That is why I was looking for a temporary fix like Red Palm Oil until an organ problem can be fixed. I might switch from a Vitamin A supplement to a Red Palm Oil Supplement. I think it also lowers you cholesterol. People with a fat malabsorption problem usually have low cholesterol, but mine is higher. However, I am also low on vitamin B5, which can raise cholesterol.
