Re: Vitamin A + Zinc is the key

I get the bloating, too. When I had to travel to a foreign place one time, all I brought to eat was packaged tuna and fruit. My belly was flat the whole week.

Do you have broken red vessels in your eyes? Those may be permanent, but did they go away while on Vitamin A and Zinc?

I am not sure if you are referring to the gluten-free diet that was hard to stick to? Since I bought substitute rice flour, it is easier to stick to the diet. I usually use rice flour and rice noodles. I found a gluten-free bakery that makes bread that tastes like real italian bread. Most gluten-free bread I tasted is gross. Stay away from tacos at Taco Bell. I thought those were safe until I read the beef and corn tacos shells contain gluten. I can still eat McDonald's fries. Although there is a trace of gluten in them, it is not enough for even sensitive celiacs to get a reaction. I even order fast food burgers by itself and add my gluten-free bun (from bakery) at home.

I just know that vitamin B5 helps moisturize the lips. I will not know if it has a connection unless others here get that vitamin blood test. B1 and B6 also help moisturize the lips.
