Vitamin A + Zinc is the key
I have figured out what I have.
I likely have allergies causing a zinc deficiency which makes it hard to absorb vitamin A . - With Zinc and Vitamin A daily Im on the way to being cured.
I have had tests done for Celiac ( bloodtest ) and that has come back negative again and again..then it hit me.. - well it might be some of the same foods - but just caused by my grass allergy.
I am 100 procent sure this cures me, it has gotten close a few times over the last few months. take 5000 IU of vitamin A with Zinc (20 or 40mg) in the morning. Try to avoid eating sugar/ high carb as this depletes Zinc. Zinc status must be high at all times so you absorb the vitamin A . ( dont take over 40mg as its the highest the body can take in total) you might get some from your food too.
the way it heals is drastically different from what normally happens..it might take 2 weeks or more for it to get started..imagine levels getting higher and higher in your body. then at one point it will start healing the lips. if its not celiac with you it might be something like it.
so the key is = Vitamin A deficiency either directly or by Zinc deficiency.
