Your Doc is an idiot! You have lyme!! You tested pos for it then you most certainly have it and probably several coinfections - some of your symptoms are very common with lyme coinfections. Here is a good site that will explain the various coinfections: http://www.lyme-symptoms.com/

Ok. So now what? you have lyme so what to do? I used the cowden protocol and had good success and I was much worse off then you are. This protocol also deals with metal toxicity chich always goes along with lyme. The lyme bugs eat your good metals so your body hangs on to bad metals like mercury to make the electrical circuits it needs.
