I got a 4 foot piece of rubber out my first day, although I give a lot of credit for that to the EM I was on + my diet changing so dramatically in the 3 months leading up to my first cleanse. I meant to say you needed to take about 60 pills a day at your max and that got OLD. LBB is MUCH MUCH better. Or at least us 3 here in Wyoming think so. Peace.
