How do you know what you are getting out is stuff thats been there stagnantly or just stuff you recently consumed? I haven't been able to tell the difference myself but I do know that with proper flow, my body is better able to expel waste from internal glands/tissues down and out the colon. Without fasting (no eating), it would be difficult to get at the dried encrusted material (in my opinion) with LBB.
If there was a direct correlation between the amount of LBB you take and the amount of old fecal matter expelled, then I certainly could see the need to take lots of LBB. However, I've never seen Mucoid Plaque with LBB unless I was fasting. To me (in daily living) the key is whatever amount gets the proper flow going. Anything beyond that seems like its unecessary, and certainly expensive. I just can't afford taking 20 per day. But I don't think its harmful to do so. More power to you.
