Re: LBB not working well for me

Over the past 3 years of cleansing I've made it a point to become a "gunk" inspector. I have hundreds of photos and probably a couple of hours worth of video tape of stuff that's come out of myself and my family, so I feel that I;ve gotten a pretty good, and gross, handle on this stuff ; ) As in the case of the dominos pizza + LBB, I was trying to see how long it would take to get it out, along with how I would feel, ect. I normally take about 15-20 a day divided up into 4 doses. By the color, odor and consitency of what comes out, I can tell that a LOT of what come out is old stuff. I also only eat one meal a day about 90% of the time, which almost always leaves me first thing in the morning. The LBB hits me hard!! I was doing the Arise and Shine cleanses, which have about a miliion more ingredients, not to mention you have to eat about 30 a day, and the LBB is by far superior and MUCH cheaper. Take care!!
