Stop taking the supplement and see if you improve (which you may have done or other suggested, sorry did not read through all the posts) - most of the things in that are supportive but the herbals may be suppressing the adrenals but they put in licorice which is stimulatory versus rhodiola which is calming - siberian ginseng (eleuthero)and schizandra are toning and supportive. As someone else said perhaps the bovine glandular is causing problems.

Learning to "Rule out" is a vital part of the process, http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_does_rule_out_mean_in_medical_terms

Adrenals must be nourished first then you can stimulate them, you cannot stimulate adrenals without supporting them first otherwise you end up in energy swings. Energy and mood swings are adrenal based. Magnesium plays a key role in all neurological and stress reactions as well as immune/cardio - mag levels should be check via hair analysis since it is the most reliable (vs. rbc or serum levels) - this accurately measures tissue stores and not blood stores which tells nothing about mag levels.
